How it Works
VoIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol, uses any standard telephone plugged into an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter). The ATA digitizes your voice and sends it to the person you are calling via the Internet, bypassing the phone company and more importantly, the phone company charges.
